Form of Flattery...or Something

I found this site because of a link to the post 'Over the Side.' When I checked it out, the posts seemed strangely familiar.

Glenn says that it doesn't belong to him. So is this site an aggregator or is the proprietor merely a thief?

Looks like an aggregator from the top domain, rather than a splog.

It really doesn't matter what the intent is. The content is plainly Glenn's, whoever posted it -- without Glenn's knowledge or permission -- has stolen it.

And, since Glenn's site is a valuable property, it would be foolish for PJM to NOT do something about it.

You have to wonder if the "Bill" who's all over the message board at the top of the domain is the Bill Marcy who's listed in Whois as the contact person for the domain itself.

Or maybe you don't. I am disinclined to register at the message board to peer at the user list, lest I be next on the list of sites appropriated.
