This old/new habit of blogging will have to fit into a new/old habit of morning exercise. Now that I'm back, "let's see what's out there..."

J,
So what are you doing for morning exercise?
Again, glad you're back...missed you.
Smooches,

3-mile walk, 5-6 days per week, but I'm changing to something new at the end of January. The change-up usually gets things moving.

J,
Most excellent...Sonja and I have added an every evening calisthenics routine. Basically, at the top of the hour I pick some exercises (push-ups mostly) and at the bottom of the hour Sonja does. WE do this for two or three hours, depending how late we ate dinner.
The kids have joined us and, amazingly, our best push-upper (pusher-up?) is Lucy. At 4 years old and all of about 30 lbs, she knocks out 10 really good push-ups! She bends her arms all the way down past 90 degrees and her body is perfectly straight! It's amazing.
This along with our usual dog walks, Sonja's running and my swimming is allowing us to continue eating chocolate every night (dark choco, of course; IT'S GOOD FOR YOU!) and drinking really yummy beers.
