109 yesterday here in LA, 103 today. Thankfully, a change is going to come...
Relief was in sight with cooler temperatures forecast over the next several days.Darleen Click says that there was a moderate quake in the area yesterday, which is unsurprising. It's the perfect weather for a little shake."Everyone will see a drop of eight to 11 degrees on Tuesday," said Stuart Seto of the National Weather Service. "By Thursday, things will be getting back to normal."
Lest we forget, the failure of our energy systems to keep track of our needs is not some natural disaster, it is the judgement of our betters that we are not deserving of the benefits of modern society, and therefore maintaining adequate generating and transmission , like adequate highways, is somehow pandering to some illicit lust.
