. . . I used to really like Biden years ago. I really think he is just losing it, or maybe had never had it. Can we trade the Republicans Biden for McCain?

One of the things I read lately sounds true. Many legislators of any political persuasion spend so much time around people who are *paid* to shut up and listen to them, that they lose the ability to know when to shut up when viewed by an *unpaid* audience.

Senator Biden may just be one of the most egregious cases.
