Hello Strangers. That little hiatus was forced by circumstances. But a little help from relatives and friends saved the day.
When one is used to tracking and commenting on the events of the day, then takes a mere seven days off, it's like jumping out of a 150 mph car at a racetrack and depositing yourself in the stands. After a while, everyone is way ahead of you.
No matter. I'll just deposit myself back in and pretend that I never fell out of line.
UPDATE: BTW, I'll be doing double duty; posting here.
WB, Juliette.

You haven't missed much.
The NY Times is still not telling us anything useful about the Plame-game. Because of our right to know.
Miers is still the candidate.
There were a couple new things.
Iraq has a constitution.
Syria has been implicated in the assassination of Hariri.
By the UN!!!!!
Other than that it's been pretty slow.

If you get off a motorcycle at 150, like Turn-6 at Willow Springs down there, you slide a looong way. Some guys get *tired* of the sliding and try to stand up when they're still going 30mph and that sends 'em into a dangerous cartwheel. Hope circumstances are a-ok.

Welcome back!!!!
Oh -- and guess who is actually on the same "page" RE: the Hariri assassination? The USA and France!
And DeLay "mugged" a great photo (sans ###'s) -- perfect for framing!
You take it from here!
