...of others, since I've got work to do.
Diana West wonders where the media frenzy is on this story and others of real import. Guess they’re not as “sexy” as the president picking up a centerpiece.
La Shawn Barber of Project 21 points to the characteristics of the new, self-selecting Jim Crow.
And the master (heh) tells the story of the “Frog and the Scorpion,” War on Terror-style.
I have no idea was that story has been so ignored. It points out though what a fiasco the media situation is. If it's true, it's a crime to bury it. If it's not, then it's terrible propaganda. Either way, I'm livid!

The Barber article is great, as far as it goes, but does not follow the evidence to it's logical conclusion. That conclusion? The Democratic Party is as racist today as it was in the days of Orville Faubus, J. William Fullbright, Al Gore, Senior and Lester Maddox. Witness the attacks on Blacks that today 'don't know their place' on Massa's Democrat Plantation, Blacks like Dr. Condi Rice, Dr.Thomas Sowell, Justice Thomas and General Powell.
Is there a functional difference between George Wallace standing in the schoolhouse door to keep Black children out and Ted Kennedy fighting vouchers? If there is, I can't see it. The only difference between Ted Kennedy and the white trash peckerwood in the Klu Klux Klan is that Kennedy needs a king sized sheet.

Peter,
You'll find all of that addressed and then some in the commentary on the Project 21 website.
